Michael is Area Sales Manager Southern and Eastern Germany, joined FYRON since 2021.
My journey with the company started long before FYRON even existed. In 2017, I bought my first OFYR for private use and immediately fell in love with the concept. It was so much more than a grill; it brought people together around fire, food and unforgettable moments.
A year later, I supported OFYR at Spoga in Cologne. What started as a single event quickly grew into something bigger. I became an OFYR chef and ambassador, sharing the outdoor cooking experience with others and seeing first-hand the impact our products have on people.
In 2021, I decided to turn my passion into my profession. I left my role as a Sales Director in a completely different industry and joined the company full-time. Today, I am responsible for sales in Southern and Eastern Germany.
What I enjoy most is the freedom and trust I am given to make an impact. Every day brings new opportunities to build relationships, develop ideas and contribute to the growth of our brands. If you take ownership and want to make a difference, you are encouraged to make things happen.
What makes FYRON special to me is the combination of entrepreneurial spirit and genuine teamwork. Across countries and departments, people support each other, share ideas and work together to achieve great things.
Most of all, I am still inspired by our brands. OFYR, The Bastard and Grill Guru are not just products; they create experiences and bring people together. Being able to represent these brands and combine my profession with something I truly believe in is what makes this journey so rewarding.
