Rutger is Logistics Process Specialist, joined FYRON since 2025.
What I enjoy most about working at FYRON is that no two days are the same. Every day brings a new challenge, and working with great products makes that even more enjoyable. I also get a lot of energy from working together with my colleagues towards a common goal.
One of the things I'm most proud of is when, after a busy day and a lot of hard work, everything still comes together. Those moments show what we can achieve as a team.
At FYRON, I've been given the opportunity to contribute ideas for optimising processes and improving the way we work. There are always opportunities to make things better, and I enjoy finding practical solutions that help the organisation move forward. Making improvements takes preparation and teamwork, which makes it even more rewarding when they succeed.
What makes our team special is its diversity. We all bring different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, which makes working together both fun and educational. Of course, that can be challenging at times, but it's also what helps us grow as a team and build a stronger organisation.
I was already a passionate barbecue enthusiast before joining FYRON and even owned a The Bastard barbecue myself. It's great to work with colleagues who share that passion and exchange tips and experiences along the way.
What surprised me most when I started at FYRON was the sheer number of barbecues we sell every day. It's impressive to see the scale of the business and everything that happens behind the scenes to make it possible. Being part of that process and contributing to its continuous improvement is what makes my work so rewarding.
