When I started working at FYRON, I did not feel strongly engaged with outdoor cooking. Now, on the contrary, I love to see an OFYR burning. The sound, the smell, and the way people gather around it are magical.
Our culture also includes getting together and enjoying each other's company. We are a young and dynamic team with steps to take, and we like being a part of this journey. We work hard and know how to have fun: lots of laughs, excellent food, and great drinks.
FYRON knows what I need
The entrepreneurial value of FYRON motivates me to develop my ideas proactively. Our company supports me in showing up with my enthusiasm and creative ideas, and because of that, I have learned a lot and grown into another role.
And somehow, the same company knows exactly when I need to take a step back or a pat on the shoulder; they just feel it. That is special. I genuinely treasure working at a company that cares for me and helps me grow on and off work.
