As Marketing Manager for Grill Guru and Grizzly Grills, you are responsible for the growth, positioning, and visibility of two distinctive brands.
Both brands are built around outdoor cooking, fire, flavour, and memorable experiences. Each has its own audience, identity, and ambitions. You know exactly how to safeguard that brand identity while continuing to strengthen and grow it.
In this role, you translate brand strategy into impactful campaigns, compelling content, and commercial activations. From retail campaigns and product launches to social content, events, and e-commerce activations, you ensure everything is aligned; creative, commercial, and consistent.
You will work closely with colleagues across Sales, E-commerce, Product, and our in-house marketing production team, while also collaborating with external agencies, partners, and international stakeholders. At the same time, you keep a close eye on market developments, consumer behaviour, and commercial opportunities.
You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset. You enjoy shaping the bigger picture, but you are equally energised by bringing campaigns to life and increasing brand visibility in the market.
