Head of People & Culture

As Head of People & Culture, you are ultimately responsible for our People strategy and daily HR operations. Together with the People & Culture Advisor and the People & Payroll Administrator, you form a close-knit and driven team that supports FYRON in its continued growth and development. You report directly to the CEO and are responsible for our teams in the Netherlands (office and store in Haarlem, warehouse in Amsterdam) as well as our international teams in Belgium, France, and Germany.

FYRON is a company in motion, and so are our People & Culture processes. Many of these are still being developed or need to be established from the ground up. You’ll have the space and responsibility to bring structure, develop policy, and help build a strong, future-oriented organizational culture.

This role is both strategic—acting as a member of the Management Team—and operational, actively contributing to day-to-day HR matters. You’ll play a key role in guiding organizational change, strengthening our culture, and supporting a diverse international workforce.
