As a Field Marketing Manager (internally titled Marketing Manager – Markets B2B), you ensure our brands are strongly and consistently represented across global markets. You translate brand and product strategy into practical tools, activations, and retail concepts that help our B2B customers grow while driving commercial impact. Hands-on combined with strategy.
From sales tooling and retail concepts to events and partner activations: you make sure everything aligns. You work closely with colleagues from Product, Sales, and Operations on a daily basis, as well as with distributors and retail partners across different markets. Throughout everything you do, you maintain a strong balance between global brand consistency and local commercial needs.
In this role, you combine strategy with execution. You think ahead, maintain oversight, and ensure plans are successfully brought to life.
